My name is Gemma Littlewood. I am an Organisational Change Practitioner and workplace futurist enthusiast. 

I believe that through embracing change and creating cultures that align to organisational purpose, that the working experiences of everyone will improve and the boundaries of what we can achieve as individuals and organisations will be broken to re-imagine our capabilities.  

This online journal will reflect my journey of implementing change at work and provide insight into the strategic initiatives and approaches I develop and deploy to shift the dial. I will share my reflections and I invite you to join me, to learn, share and discover how to deliver change together.  

I live in Hampshire, UK with my husband David and our two children. My favourite things in life are my family, friends, sunny days and time spent in our garden.
